When i tried to backup my files to onedrive online it would upload folders but not the contents inside them. I decided to synch through onedrive on my desktop (I have a mac) and uploading the files on there, they are showing in the onedrive folder but not showing up on my onedrive account online? It is showing some of the files in the folders but only like 5 percent of them ?

Thanks!

    Hello Benjamin,

Are there any error messages showing up when you attempt to upload it to OneDrive? Here are some things you can try:

    1. Check File Types and Sizes: OneDrive has limitations on file types and sizes. Ensure that the files you're trying to upload are supported by OneDrive and don't exceed the size limits.
    2. Internet Connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Sometimes, slow or unstable connections can interrupt file uploads.
    3. Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve issues with online services like OneDrive.

Additionally, make sure that your OneDrive has enough storage. Try these out and let me know how it goes.
