Microsoft authenticator keeps asking me for pin instead of biometrics?

I got a new Google pixel 7 i had a Google pixel 6 pro. Now on my Google Pixel 7 i enable biometrics within the authenticator but it ask me for my pin each time instead of using my biometrics why???On my Google pixel 6 it does ask me for biometrics!!!
