Ctrl+Alt+= shortcut for Zoom in not working

I recently shifted from a Dell Laptop to a Lenovo Laptop. While working on Excel, I would normally use Ctrl+Alt+= to zoom in. However, the same shortcut isn't working anymore. After pressing this sequence in Excel, I get a ' - ' in the Excel cell. Please help. I have already tried changing the keyboard region/language. Thanks

P.S. - I'm using Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise version.

    Just did.

    The keys are working fine.

    It's just that the combination isn't doing what it used to do earlier. it's resulting in something else now. [Refer the excel image I shared earlier]

    You may have a try test keyboard function.

    Can you please advise how can I ensure that Ctrl+Alt+= shortcut is not being overridden in Excel.

    Additionally, I want to share that I tried this key combination with on-screen keyboard and in that, the = key didn't blink.

    You may try other ways to Zoom as workaround

    1. Use Ctrl+Scroll Wheel
    2. Click "+" and "-" directly at status bar.
    3. View>Zoom>choose zoom size

    Here is some troubleshooting steps for shortcut doesn't work.

    1. Ensure that the Ctrl+Alt+= shortcut is not being overridden in Excel.
    2. Ensure that no other applications are running that might be intercepting the shortcut keys. Try closing all unnecessary applications and see if the issue persists.
    3. Search if there is any settings on Dell Laptop which changes the function of keyboard.
