Hello everyone,

I work for a multi-national company and we have a bot account that we use for automating processes, but the company considers it a outside account. We recently are collecting, through Microsoft Forms, orders for parts and the orders are getting stored in a Microsoft List on the Bot Account.

Does anyone know of a way to automate a process that would download the .csv file from that account to a local drive or network drive?

I've tried to do a Power Automate flow, but couldn't really connect to the Bot Account and its probably because the companies IT department is restricting some access to it.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Per your description, I understand you need an automatic way to download the .csv file from SharePoint List from the Bot Account to a local drive or network drive.

As far as I know, I'm afraid there is no built-in feature in SharePoint to meet this requirement. Sorry for the inconvenience.
