I copied from Excel the row to Word doc and it looks like this:

EXT555

EXT777

EXT666

How can I have these values in one line with comas (or even spaces) like this: EXT555, EXT777, EXT666

Please describe step by step.

Thank you

Assuming that there is a paragraph break at the end of each line, use the Replace dialog to find ^p (a paragraph mark) and replace it with a comma and space. If there are two paragraph marks, search for ^p^p and replace with comma and space.
