    Dear Stefan,

Thank you very much for your reply.

I do have Office365 family subscription on my own and need drawio add in in Power point.

Please, let me know if there are options with this subscription such add-ons to be added.

    Thanks a million,

    Svetla Kosseva

I am not familiar with drawio. Is that particular add-in causing errors and not add-ins in general?

Did you try the FAQ at https://www.drawio.com/doc/faq/ (assuming it is the correct product)?

What are you trying to do, specifically, when you see the cited error message?

Are you part of an organization (school, work)? In that case, the IT support or local Office admin may have set limitations on what can be done (with add-ins) in Office.

    Hello Kevin,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

It seems you have some issues with Microsoft To-Do considering your chosen category. This error message typically appears when you try to download add-ins from the Office Store and it’s usually due to certain settings in the Admin Center. Here are the steps you or your administrator can take to resolve this issue:

    1. In the admin center, go to the Settings > Services & add-ins page.
    2. Select User owned apps and services.
    3. Check the option to let users access the Office Store.

If the problem persists, you might also want to check the Trusted Add-in Catalogs settings in each Microsoft Office app. If it’s configured incorrectly, you won’t be able to install add-ins. Here’s how to set it correctly:

    1. Open Word or any other Office app.
    2. Click on File > Options.
    3. Switch to the Trust Center tab and click on the Trust Center Settings menu.
    4. Go to the Trusted Add-in Catalogs tab.
    5. Remove the tick from the Don’t allow any web add-ins to start checkbox.
    6. Click the OK button.

After these changes, you should be able to install and execute Office Store add-ins without any problem. If you’re not an administrator, you’ll need to contact your administrator to make these changes. If you continue to experience issues, please let us know and we'll provide more advice.

    Best Regards,
