1.Check if computer account already exists on the domain. 2.If it already exists, delete it and try to join machine to the domain. 3.If it doesn’t exist. Create it, then remove (do this on the domain server) and then try to join the domain again (from the client machine).
The join operation was not successful. This could be because existing coputer having the same account.
Hello,
Computers are not joining to domain during the OSD. Tried to join the computer manually and received the below error.
Same message appears for the computer already exist in AD and the computer not exist in AD
Deleted the computer from AD and still received the same message
Please help how this issue can be solved

Have you reviewed the NetSetup.log in the c:\windows\debug directory to see if it has any additional information on the reason for the failure?
