2. Sign Out of OneDrive:

   • Go to the Account tab and click Unlink this PC. This will stop syncing files but won’t delete them from OneDrive.
3. After that, we recommend you perform a Factory Reset (Windows) before you give it to others:
   • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery.
   • Under Reset this PC, click Get started.
   • Choose Remove everything to delete all personal files, apps, and settings.
   • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.
