Based on your description, I know your consult. For this, to disable the "reschedule" feature in Microsoft Bookings, you can follow these steps:
- Sign in to Microsoft Bookings with your Office 365 business account.
- Click on the "Booking page" tab.
- Select the "Booking policies" option.
- Scroll down to the "Customer actions" section.
- Uncheck the box next to "Allow customers to reschedule their own bookings".
- Click on the "Save" button.
This will disable the rescheduling feature for customers, but the automatic emails will still be sent out.

Katherine, the "Booking policies" option doesn't seem to be visible anywhere, neither is "Customer actions". Please can you advise?
