I want our Bookings page to be something for internal use, I like the automatic emails but I do not want the customer to be able to manage their own appointment. How do I disable this option but still keep the emails going out?

    Dear SophiaGI

    Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I know your consult. For this, to disable the "reschedule" feature in Microsoft Bookings, you can follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Bookings with your Office 365 business account.
    2. Click on the "Booking page" tab.
    3. Select the "Booking policies" option.
    4. Scroll down to the "Customer actions" section.
    5. Uncheck the box next to "Allow customers to reschedule their own bookings".
    6. Click on the "Save" button.

This will disable the rescheduling feature for customers, but the automatic emails will still be sent out.

Hope this can help, if not, I am willing to help you but since your problem is related to Bookings, to help you better,we have now our dedicate team for booking app , I recommend that you post yout query (based on) in Microsoft Bookings - Microsoft Community Hub. Technical engineers over there specialize in Bookings issues, and experts will focus on queries to further assist you.

Thanks in advance for your understanding! Your patience and cooperation will be highly appreciated. Hope you all the best! Happy new year to you!

    Sincerely,

    Katherine

Katherine, the "Booking policies" option doesn't seem to be visible anywhere, neither is "Customer actions". Please can you advise?

    Thanks

I don't know if this was picked up on another thread, but I cannot see the Customer Actions option either. Is there another setting that can make it appear?

I am also wondering about this. I'd like to disable the reschedule options on my Bookings form, but I am not seeing the "customer actions" section named in this response.

    Hi Katherine,

Can you please show screenshots of the steps you have provided above as I am not seeing these options within my tenancy?

    Thanks in advance
