I'm having serious problems finding an answer/info to this. Last year we migrated our machines from SCEP to sophos AV. Now we have moved all our VMs to the cloud and are planning on implementing Endpoint for cloud with the aim of getting rid of sophos antivirus. The problem I have is with Server 2008 R2 boxes. If I remove sophos I cant seem to find out if, or if there is, an MS antivirus for it. We no longer use System Center. Can ANYONE shed any light on this... I'm lost.

the onboarding page doesnt help. Some docs are just badly written.

    Looks to be doable.
