Is there a way to expand Loop table column widths to be able to read the content of the cells?

If I create a table in Loop which is populated with data there is no word wrap option, and so the content cannot be read unless it is copied out into another product, or copied into an email.

Is there a way to adjust column widths so that the content can be read clearly within the Loop page rather than having to rely on such manual workarounds?
Example:

There is no way of scrolling right to view the rest of any sentence.

This is the workaround I've used. Add one more column (a dummy column). You can then adjust YOUR last column. Once it's the width you want, delete your dummy column.

This doesn't work for the last column which in my case is 10x wider than it needs to be.

    Hello Mick Turnbull

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

When working with tables in Loop, you can adjust the column widths to ensure that the content is readable without resorting to manual workarounds. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. AutoFit Column Widths:
      • Select the table in Loop.
      • Go to the Layout tab.
      • In the Cell Size group, click on AutoFit.
      • Choose either:
        • AutoFit Contents: This adjusts the column width automatically based on the content within the cells.
        • AutoFit Window: This adjusts the entire table width to fit within the available space.
    2. Custom Widths:
      • If you prefer more control, you can manually adjust the column widths:
        • Click on the column header to select the entire column.
        • Drag the column boundary to the desired width.
        • Repeat this for other columns as needed.
    3. Word Wrap:
      • While there isn’t a direct word wrap option in Loop, adjusting column widths should help.
      • If your content still doesn’t fit, consider breaking long sentences into shorter ones or using bullet points.

Remember that readability is essential, especially when dealing with tables containing important information. Adjusting column widths appropriately will enhance the user experience within the Loop page.

We look forward to your next response.

    Kind regards

I'm running into the same issue. From the templates I can work with some tables that are narrower by default, but any table I create is forced to fit a specific width, even if I don't need that much space in my table.
