    Dear Zakariya Seriya,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

Office 365 Education provides self-service sign-up for your students, faculty, and staff using their school email addresses. After signing up, students and teachers are able to get started with Office 365 right away.

For more detailed information, please refer to the article: Office 365 Education Self-Sign up - M365 Education | Microsoft Learn.

Since you mentioned that the starting link is not working for you, would you please try opening this site and check whether it works for you: Office 365 Education (microsoft.com).

I hope the information helps! If there is any update or I misunderstand you, please feel free to let me know. I will continue to assist you.

Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,

    Sherry | Microsoft Community Moderator

    Dear Zakariya Seriya,

    Thanks for your update!

To sign up a business trial, you don't need to use your school's domain or other information currently. The system would provide an @xxxx.onmicrosoft.com domain when you sign up. You may use that admin account to create a support ticket. Then Microsoft would assign the ticket to the correct support team and help check the Education subscription signing up issue for you.

Please comprehend that as forum support, we do not have permission to collect customers' account and other private information. This policy is to protect customers information security. (By the way, I got error too when I open the site you provided in your thread, seems there is some issue for the system in your region.)

    I hope the information helps!

At this point, we highly appreciate your precious time and kind cooperation. Thank you.

    Sincerely

    Sherry | Community Moderator

Hello, and thank you for your replay

In fact, our school does not have any subscription to Microsoft services previously, so I would like to subscribe to the Education 365 A1 version. I am worried that if I subscribe to the 365 business version after the free month ends, I may not be able to switch to the 365 educational version. So, can you create an educational account 365 education A1 if I provide you with the school email and domain name , please?

    Dear Zakariya Seriya,

    Thanks for your update!

Please let me know whether your school already has an existing Office 365 environment for now? If you are an admin in your school's Office 365 environment, I would suggest opening a service request to the billing support team since there might be some issues at the backend of the signing up service in your region, it's better to involve higher level support team to have a check from the backend.

Please go to Office 365 Admin Center-> Support-> New Service Request. The support engineers there have the correct escalation channel, and this is the most efficient way to report such issue. You can refer to this article to check the way how to raise a ticket: Ways to contact support for business products - Admin help. The engineers in related team have higher permission and resources than us to help check the root cause from background directly.

If you do not have an Office365 subscription now but could not asign up for education tenant, would you please try to sign up for a free business trial Microsoft 365 Business Standard—Free One-Month Trial | Microsoft 365 and raise a ticket and see whether it works?

Feel free to let me know if there is any update!

Your patience, understanding and cooperation are much appreciated.

    Sincerely,
