Is there a way to view a list of tasks Assigned By me across Microsoft 365? Similar to Tasks by Planner and To Do but showing tasks I have assigned to others?

I am a team supervisor working across multiple teams using Microsoft 365. The functionality in Tasks by Planner and To Do is a great way for me to see tasks assigned TO me from a number of sources. As a team supervisor I would like to be able to see a similar view of tasks assigned BY me to others. It would show the location of the task (a planner board, Loop component, outlook task etc), and all of the usual task details, but be generated from tasks I have assigned rather than tasks assigned to me..

Does anyone know how to achieve this in Microsoft 365?

The "Assigned by Me" is a must-have feature, and it is as important as "Assigned to Me"

We hope to see it soon!

workaround: use a unique hashtag in the todo (like #abm), this will allow you to see all of your "assign by me"

Thanks for your response Rhoda. This is definitely a gap in the Microsoft 365 task management capability. While it's great to be able to see personal tasks, as a supervisor or leader across many teams being able to see and follow up assigned tasks is just as important. At least I can stop hunting for a solution that doesn't yet exist.

I also just found this item on the To Do forum: https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/idea/8caf6896-3f9c-ed11-a81b-000d3a0450e3?q=Please+provide+a+way+to+view+all+tasks+Assigned+BY+me

I think any task management/facilitation system should have an easy way of monitoring the tasks status for the ones who has created the tasks. in ITSM solutions, requesters can see their tickets (orders) and in project management tools you can have a view of their created tasks.

I think it's a necessity, especially in large organizations that a team lead, supervisor, or even a coordinator may create tasks for a large number of people, and they need to have a hold on the tasks that they have created and assigned to others, in order to track and follow up.
