Greetings;

Can you send me a link to a step-by-step instruction on migrating from Office 2019 to Office 365 Premium?

Office 365 Premium gives me an option to retain a local copy as well as sync to a cloud-based storage

I want to start with a local copy and then upgrade to the cloud storage starting with Outlook followed by my documents folder content

I am open to your advice.

Thank you.

    Thank you very much to the detailed reply which you sent me on June 9th. Becuse i had been quite sick I did not apply your great advice or provide feedback as i always do.

    Now, that I am back in health I am trying to apply your step by step instructions but i encountered this new issue and would welcome your advice.

    Greetings

    Please see the attached image

    While following your great instructions I got the attached message that I needed to uninstall Office 365 before installing the 64-bit version.

    I uninstalled Office 365 all apps in the Windows 11 setting. But still have the same message.

    Do I need to uninstall Office 2019 as well?

    If I do uninstall Office 2019 will I lose my Outlook files?

    Thanks for your help.
