As mentioned in another post, the issue seems to be with the JSON formatting. I duplicated one of my problematic "views" using the "Save View As" option which creates an exact copy but strips away all custom JSON formatting and the issues with filtering were resolved,.. i then tried to re-add my ""commandBarProps": entries as i like to hide all the options such as "Share", "Automate" , "Integrate" etc" at the top of the screen ,... and even though the JSON validates, it does not apply the changes. So my only option is to remove all my JSON which means users can go messing around with options i dont want them to use,... i am surprised this was not discovered in QA testing.

In the desktop Lists app, I am also no longer able to scroll across to see any further columns which are not in view when the list first opens. This doesnt happen when opening the list in the browser, only in the desktop app

Same issue here which I only experienced today for the first time - some of my SharePoint lists are unaffected (so far at least) but on others this error comes up every time when I try to click on the any of the columns to filter. It is making some of my SharePoint lists virtually unusable at the moment

I have been experiencing the same thing since July 13 to the one list I created that day. My other lists created previously are not impacted, but it could be I haven't made many changes to the structure of those lists.

The "Something went wrong and we couldn't get the page to display." error first occurred intermittently - I waited for 12 hours then it worked again, but then when I started making changes the error came back. Now on the 4th day, can't go back to view it at all. I did get my colleague to test it and it works fine with her. She made a lot of changes for me and had no issues. I also was able to use this list as my data source for a Power BI file - seems to work fine however, won't allow me to refresh manually - saying that the list doesn't exist, but it does refresh as per scheduled with no error. I have already connected with my IT Admin for support but I think it's going to take a long for them to get back to me.

    Hi Nancy,

Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.

Per your description, I'm wondering if you have tried a different browser or the InPrivate browser window to access the SharePoint list. Also, I would like to know if your colleagues are experiencing the same issue.

If not, please point it out and let us know.

If so, it is likely caused by the server. In recent days I have seen another user reporting a similar problem in the community. Also, I have searched for existing service incidents and did not find any similar service incidents being reported. In this case, I suggest you report the problem to your tenant admin or IT team and ask them to raise a support ticket via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center> Support> New service request. The support team there has the correct channel and resources to help you investigate more and find what exactly the reason has caused this problem at the backend.

Sorry for the inconvenience that happened to you. Appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Sincerely,

    George | Microsoft Community Moderator
