    Hi, Fong Ken

Welcome to the Microsoft Community.  I understand that you are experiencing problems opening your OneDrive shared folders.I noticed that you are using OneDrive on Windows, are you using the OneDrive desktop app, or the web version of OneDrive? If it's the OneDrive desktop app, you can log in to the web version of OneDrive and see if your shared folder opens properly. https://www.onedrive.comAs well, I need to explain to you that the invalid request code is a temporarily generated code and not a fixed error code. So we can't tell exactly what problem you are experiencing based on this code. You can send a screenshot of the error message in a follow-up reply, which will give us a better idea of the problem you are experiencing. As well, before you reply, I would like to provide you with some basics of what the problem is:1. Network ProblemsYou can use a stable network such as home network, personal hotspot, or if you have a web proxy turned on, please turn it off.2. Device problemsYou can switch devices to see if your shared folders can be opened on other devices (e.g. another PC, mobile phone, iPad)3.Account ProblemsSign in to another OneDrive account on your device to see if the shared folder can be opened normally.4.Browser issuesIf you are using OneDrive web version, you can switch browsers to sign in to your OneDrive account and try to access OneDrive shared folders.Meanwhile, you can open OneDrive in privacy mode in your browser (take Edge browser as an example):In Microsoft Edge, select the Settings and More icon and then select the New InPrivate window*.*If you're on a stable network and can't access your shared folders on any device or browser, there may be a problem with your OneDrive account. Microsoft is actually divided into several support departments that have different specialisations and tools depending on the product or service, and here in the community forums we have limited visibility and management of any issues you may have with your OneDrive account.I recommend that you send an email to the OneDrive support team. This is because the OneDrive team has a higher level of access to your OneDrive. Please let me know how things go and I look forward to hearing from you!

Best Regards,   Mila.L-MSFT| Microsoft Community Support Specialist
