Has anyone heard of S & R Services to pay for Microsoft Security?

I was told by a supposed Microsoft agent that we needed to pay "S & R Services" for the Network Security updates that they performed, and installed "Sonic Wall NSA 2650". I need to send a check to S & R, at a P.O. Box in Bear, Delaware. Does this sound suspicious?

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to S & R Services.

I believe it's suspicious Email as Microsoft services are on Cloud and they will not Install any Physically device only for you

OR Did you opt any Services from Sonic from Azure Marketplace ?

THIS IS A SCAM! I hope you didn't send them any money. My husband got fooled by them. He somehow clicked on something that installed a virus that directed him to call them to remove it claiming they were Microsoft certified. He fell for it and gave them almost a grand. Wish there was a way to spread the word about these jerks.
