Hyperlink won't show one page of a notebook

I have many hyperlinks in my notebook, but the hyperlinks to one specific page always show the "we couldn't open that location. It might not exist or you might not have permission to open it" error. It doesn't happen with any other hyperlink. I've tried to copy the information on that page onto a different one, but it still happens when I try to hyperlink to the copied page. It doesn't matter if I link to the page or to a paragraph on the page. I have also tried to copy the information on that page into word and then pasted it without formatting onto another onenote page but that also doesn't work. There are other pages in the same section, and I can create successful hyperlinks to those pages. I can also make successful hyperlinks on the subpages of the one that doesn't work.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hello, Hailey23

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I realize that you've encountered a problem with hyperlinks to a specific page in your notebook in OneNote. I know that you have tried some troubleshoot steps. I understand how you feel and appreciate your time and efforts spending on this issue.

In order to more accurately address your question, we may require more detailed information from you:

    • Please create a new blank page. Then, try to create a hyperlink in your notebook that points to this blank page. Does the link work properly?
    • If the hyperlink to the new blank page is effective, then please copy the content from the page you had issues with onto this new blank page. After the copy is complete, does the link still work? (I know you have tried copying, but I want to make sure to try again after confirming that the link is effective when it is a blank page.)
    • Please tell me: does the content on that specific page is text-only, or does it include images, tables, or other elements?
    • Copy all the content on that page into Notepad, and then paste this content back into another page in OneNote. After that, try to create a hyperlink to this new page again. Is the problem still there?

I'm looking forward to your reply.

    Best wishes,
