The Descriptive Statistics button is located in the Data Analysis Toolpak add-in in Excel. To access it, you need to first enable the Data Analysis Toolpak add-in by going to File > Options > Add-Ins > Manage: Excel Add-ins > Go > Check the box for "Analysis Toolpak" > OK.
Once enabled, you can find the Descriptive Statistics button by going to Data > Data Analysis > Descriptive Statistics.
