    Hi Millington797!

I'm Shakiru and I'm glad to help you

To print a Word document with color font in black and white, you can adjust the printer settings to print in grayscale. Here's how you can do it:

Open the Word Document: Open the Word document with the color font that you want to print in black and white.

Access the Print Dialog: Go to the "File" menu in Word and select "Print" to open the print dialog box.

    • Select Printer >> Printer Properties: Click on it to access the printer settings.
    • In the printer properties dialog box, navigate to the "Color" or "Quality" tab (the location of this tab may vary depending on your printer model).
    • Check the box or select the option to enable grayscale printing.
    • Once you've selected grayscale printing, click "OK" or "Apply" to apply the changes and close the printer properties dialog box.
    • Then, click "Print" to print the document.

Let me know how if you need more help!

    Thank you

    Best Regards, Shakiru

You can select all the text with Ctrl+A and then (re-)apply black color to it.

By default, Word uses Automatic text color which won't always resolve to black.
