Hi, Irina Yusfina  Welcome to Microsoft community. I understand that you want to treat notes as separate windows when presenting PowerPoint. May I ask the notes you are referring to are the Notes at the bottom of each PowerPoint page, right? And do you want the separate window/popup to be visible only to you, or do you want the audience to be able to see your notes as well?If you want your notes to be visible only to yourself, I noticed that you are using PowerPoint on a Mac, You can learn about the ‘Presenter view’ feature, and you can learn more about by following this link: Start the presentation and see your notes in Presenter view - Microsoft SupportIf you want to make your notes visible to your audience, you can choose to set up animations, pop-ups, etc. on the PowerPoint page to include the content of your notes in the presentation. If you need further help, you can describe your issue in more detail, as well as include screenshots, in a follow-up reply. Looking forward to hearing from you!
