The chang picture option does not appear in my Format Picture options.

On the Picture Format tab in Word, the Change Picture option is not available. This was available in older versions but does not appear with my 365?

    If the document is in Compatibility mode, for example if it has been saved in the older *.doc format, you won't see Change Picture on the Picture Format tab.

    The screen shot below exemplifies this with a document saved in *.doc format. Notice that "Compatibility Mode" is displayed in the title bar, after the file name.
