One note template modify

How to remove the underline in onenote? Though this is not shown in pdf (after exporting), but I can't remove this now. I need full blank page in creating new note.

Here, I just changed page color to black.

    Good day!

    According to my tests and surveys, page titles are the default feature, not the design formatting, so they can't be removed, only hidden.

    Go View- Hide Page Title:

    I completely agree with you, this is indeed a great addition to the current functionality of OneNote, thanks for pointing this out. Microsoft is constantly working to improve the functionality of its O365 products, and such suggestions are greatly appreciated. You can go to the feedback community to create a new entry or vote for it.
