Dear Admin GGHCP,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Office 365 subscription. The TenantAccessBlockedException error typically occurs when there is an issue with the licensing or subscription of your Office 365 account as you mentioned above. Since you have assigned the license to the account it may take up to 72 hours to activate your mailbox. Therefore, please kindly wait up to 72 hours and if the issue still persists, please let me know.
I look forward to your update. Please feel free to let me know how it goes. If you still have any concerns, please let me know so I can provide more suggestions.
Thank you for your precious time. Have a nice day.
Sincerely,
Libeamlak | Microsoft Community Moderator
