    Hi Terkuma,

Thanks for contacting us, I'm happy to help you with your Microsoft form.

To request for picture as response on your form, you need to use the **File upload** question type. This option allows your responders to upload a photo or other type of file to their answer. However, this option is only available when you select **Only people in my organization can respond** or **Specific people in my organization can respond** in the settings of your form. If you select **Anyone with the link can respond**, the file upload option will not be available.

To add a file upload question to your form, follow these steps:

    1. In Microsoft Forms, open the form you want to edit.
    2. Add a new question by selecting **Add new**.
    3. Select **More question types**, and then select **File upload**.
    4. Enter the text you want to display for the question.
    5. Select the **File number limit** drop-down list to select the maximum number of files you'll allow to be uploaded to the question. Note: A maximum of 10 files is allowed to be uploaded per question.
    6. Select the **Single file size limit** drop-down list to select the maximum file size (10MB, 100MB, or 1GB) you'll allow per question.
    7. Move the **Required** toggle to the right if you want to require this question to be answered.
    8. Select **More settings for question** to choose either or both of the following:
      • Subtitle - Add a subtitle under your question.
      • File type - Choose the file types (Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, Image, Video, or Audio) you'll allow for upload.

Let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance.

    Regards, Sola

When users include photos with their Forms response, where are they stored/uploaded to and what is the naming convention of those files?
