How to become a reseller of office 365

The instructions and steps to do something as simple as become a reseller of Office 365 is as clear as mud. I've spent hours trying to sign up for different Microsoft accounts, affiliate accounts recommended by Microsoft, etc. and I've gotten nowhere. Can someone please reach out or at least post the actual steps to do this. I have tried following Microsoft guides, reading instructions, tried getting approved for the partner program...literally nothing is working. Please help/advise.

I am setup as a Microsoft partner but not seeing anything about singing up as a reseller. How can we get help with his situation?

I am trying to sign up as a reseller but its not giving me any option to do so it allow me to sign up with DEVELOPER and i did that and got verified but now i am trying to become reseller its not giving me any option for that the page is taking me at a payment page of 65 GBP every time i go with the steps please guide me how i can do that .
