Develop and Schedule Multiple Meetings for Same Content

Please help me find a way to present (video) to 58 different people. I want to schedule 4 different sessions – each person only needs to attend 1 session (track attendance). I would like to send out a list of all 4 meeting times, allowing the person to select one meeting time and add it to their outlook calendar.

I do not want to send out 4 meeting invites, with the person only selecting 1 – that is a last resort to me. Also, I would like to ensure the session is recorded for viewing later. For that recording, I would like an option/report to inform me when someone views it, and who that was.

    Hi @Edward Davis Jr

In Outlook you can use a feature named recurring meeting to create a series of meeting, based on conditions like:

In one week from 2/27 to 3/3, there will be four sessions, on Monday,Tuesday,Thurday,Friday.

    The configuration would be like:

    23

    the meeting events on calendar:

    24

The attendees would be able to join the Teams meeting via the same meeting link.

To track the attendance, you can use the attendance report feature in Teams.

To record the session and check meeting records access, please refer to:

How to record: Record a meeting in Teams

The meeting records access is stored in your Onedrive and would show who accessed it.

    Example (In Onedrive):

    25

    26
