RSS Feed in SharePoint Online

I am building an intranet for my cyber security team and want to include an RSS webpart to display live cyber security news updates and articles from one of the feeds on CISA, for example: https://www.cisa.gov/news.xml

How do I get this done?

I am using SharePoint online (the one that comes with Microsoft365/ Office365.

There is no RSS web part. Is there something I need to do to add that?

If there is no RSS web part, is it still possible to accomplish what I'm trying to do?

Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.

As per your description, it seems that you are trying to add RSS web part in SharePoint to display live cyber security news updates and articles from one of the feeds.

If the understanding above is right, as per the below official article has shared, RSS viewer web part is available only in classic SharePoint, given this, you may need to create a classic site by selecting "Browser more sites" > "More templates" > Team site(classic experience) under SharePoint Admin Center > Active sites > create as a workaround.
