    Dear KevinEgan,

Good day! Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. I am happy to help you.

Since the scan process seems to have been completed correctly, the issue could be from the Microsoft server side. To investigate this issue in depth, I kindly recommend contacting the admin center to raise a service request in the Microsoft 365 admin center by following steps from this link: Getsupport- Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn. The support team there has the necessary permissions and resources to help you check from the backend.

This will allow you to contact Microsoft’s support staff and ask them to review the activity log from the server side to identify the specific cause. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Please do not hesitate to post your queries in the Microsoft Community, and we will always do our best to assist you!
