Hi I'm a librarian having some problems Microsoft office on the computers. The last updated for some reason changed the version from 2021 to 365 and logged off the account that was used for the Office 2021 home and business on the computers. I have the product keys but don't remember the Email that was used for them since it was 2 years ago since they were installed. Anyway I can get what the email for them was? I have all the boxes with the keys but cant for the life of me remember the email that was used. Can you communicate me with someone that could help?

On the affected computers, do you see both Office 2021 and Microsoft 365 in the list of installed applications?
The office that we installed was the Office 2021 home and business and I don't know how to explain it but all of them changed to 365 after they automatically updated yesterday.
There is no MS Update that would install O365 or change an installed version to another version
Does the PC have a pre-installed O365 Family Trial that you have failed to ununstall via win Add/Remove dialogue?
