No one here can help you, You will need to open a support case with MS Support in order for this to ever get fixed.
When will applications in Task Sequences be fixed?
When using PXE booted Task Sequence, it errors out during the dependency check with the error "The task sequence cannot be run because a package referenced by the task sequence cannot be found. For more information...."
No reference ID is given and no package is being applied in the TS. If, however I remove all applications the TS proceeds. I tried with over 20 applications and ones recently added applications produce this error where old applications in the TS do not. If I remove one that works and put it back, I get the same error.
This has been the case for several years now and the workaround appears to be to use packages instead of applications. How about a fix instead of a workaround?

2023-03-13T14:00:20+00:00 Found the solution. Apparently when you add an application to a task sequence, it also checks all the applications you are "Superseding" (updating) with this version. If you either create a new application without adding anything to the Supersedence tab or remove everything from that tab in your current application, it will proceed.
Posted fix is just to rebuild the application as a package -- but then you get less reporting and flexibility. I have not found a way to determine which application is the offending one however. I had to disable all my apps in the task sequence and then later add them one by one and test!
Supersedence is not checked when you select your task sequence and view the "References" tab either: they all come up with 100% compliance... this needs to be fixed.
BTW: you statement "no one here can help you " is true no matter which MS site you visit. Only other users appear to provide useful fixes.
