I am not getting any option to cancel this exam & reschedue again. Missed exam due to n/w issues.
The candidate currently has an open registration for this exam. A new registration cannot be created at this time.

Supposed to take an AZ500 last night but due to some technical issue from Person VUE, I was not able to launch the exam. I tried to click the relaunch button ten times but it won't display. I asked for a help (chat many times/speak on my mic) to the Proctor in-charge but didn't even bother to help me. Also, I'm not able to reschedule because of "The candidate currently has an open registration for this exam. A new registration cannot be created at this time". Please advise.

Even I have missed the MS exam schedule.
You cannot reschedule a missed exam.
But you can cancel the exam and get the REFUND amount in this case.
I have cancelled it today. It showed a message that the refund will be processed next business working day from cancellation date.
Given below the steps to cancel and get the refund on missed schedule.
Go to Certification dashboard> Select a provider- Pearson vue> Go> select the exam schedule that you had missed> you will find reschedule & cancel option> click on cancel> provide card details to refund your fee*Note: selecting reschedule option will not allow you to select any exam slot. So you can try cancelling it and get the refund🙂
