    Dear Roger BSS

    Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I know your consult. For this, to see which user changed or created an inbox rule in Outlook through the admin center, you can follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center:
      • Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and sign in with your admin credentials.
    2. Navigate to the Security & Compliance Center:
      • In the left-hand navigation pane, select Security & Compliance.
    3. Go to the Audit Log Search:
      • Under Search & investigation, select Audit log search.
    4. Configure the Search:
      • In the Activities drop-down menu, select Mail flow rule operations.
      • Specify the date range for the search.
      • In the Users field, enter the email addresses of the users you want to audit.
    5. Run the Search:
      • Click on Search to run the audit log search.
      • The results will show which users have created or modified inbox rules, along with the details of the changes.

Hope this can help. If there is any update, please feel free to update me. I will continue to help you based on the information you provide. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely
