The Pencil option is not being shown for me in Add Pen tab.

I have been trying to get the Pencil option in OneNote and have searched different forums. Still after all that searching I am unable to get the pencil option in the 'Add Pen' menu bar. There are only 3 options to choose from; Pen, Highlighter and Laser pointer.

So, is there any way to resolve this issue as it has not been asked and it seems that OneNote has pencil feature, this is conformed after seeing various posts about getting Pencil is as simple as going to the Draw tab and then selecting Add Pen then clicking Down Arrow and voila ! there's your Pencil option. This is not possible for me as the menu is not showing the Pencil option.

    Thanks for visiting Microsoft Community.  I am happy to help you.

    I understand that your OneNote drawing options do not have an option for Pencil when adding a pen.

    In my OneNote for Microsoft 365, it shows the same as yours, and according to Microsoft's official support article it looks like pencils are used in OneNote for Windows 10.
