Is there method to login office 365 without authenticator app?

When login it is require verify code, and I lost my phone and authenticator app. I try other way too, but seem not working.

Please help me recover my office 365 account. Thanks,

    This doesn't address the issue of if the authenticator app is itself the problem.

    For those who can't even get into the admin panel I suspect it's possible to just directly have a Microsoft tech force security defaults on your your account.
