How to set ‘Fit all columns on one page” for Entire Workbook print

I have a multi tab excel doc I need to make printer friendly for our team. I need to set all pages to print all columns one a single page so the layout works across all tabs. I’m only seeing that option when I select print active sheet but not entire workbook. How can I apply to the entire workbook and print in one go?

    Hi, CoSizemore

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

I understand that you want to set the print format for multiple labels in your Excel workbook.

I created a new document to test this and unfortunately found that you cannot set up all Excel labels uniformly according to the same print settings.

However, the print settings can be saved after they are set. Even if you send the document to someone else, the print settings will not change.

You can select “Print Entire WorkBook” in File--> set the print format for each tab here. (If you need to set the print area, you will need to set it in Page Layout --> Print Area.)

You mentioned that there is no “Fill All Columns on One Page” after selecting “Print Entire WorkBook”, this is a screenshot of what I see after selecting it, if this is not the case for you, can you tell me If this is not the case for you, can you tell me your Office version and provide me with a screenshot of your page?

You might also consider saving the document as a PDF so that others can print it on the same page.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Best Regards,
