How to create a handwritten signature?

How can I create a handwritten signature for use in digital documents, emails, and other professional materials? I'm looking for a way to design a signature that feels authentic and personal, but also looks polished and professional when used across different platforms. Ideally, I'd like a tool that allows me to either draw my signature using a stylus or mouse or convert a written signature into a digital format. Additionally, I want the signature to be versatile enough to use in various applications, from PDFs to email signatures.

I've come across this online tool from Artlogo that offers a free online signature generator, which seems to be a great solution for creating a handwritten signature: Artlogo's free online signature generator. However, I'm curious if there are other recommended methods or tools within the Microsoft ecosystem that would allow for similar or even more advanced customization options. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated!

    Dear User

Thanks for raising your concerns in Microsoft Community.

We understand that you want to ask about creating a handwritten signature in Word.

Unfortunately, in Word, only handwritten signatures can be scanned and converted into images to be inserted into documents, and the background or black and white can be adjusted to be used as signatures. Direct addition of handwritten signatures is not supported. For how to insert a signature, you can refer to this link:

There is currently no official tool that can directly create a handwritten signature. Regarding this function, we recommend that you search in the Microsoft Store to see if there is a suitable application that can achieve it, such as the online tool you mentioned.

Since the Microsoft Community is a technical exchange platform, for third-party applications and related tool recommendations, we recommend that you post on the Word communication platform, describe your problems and needs, and share your ideas for solving problems.
