    Hi ,Madi H

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I understand that you have been charged a fee and would like a refund.

Based on your description and the categories you submitted, were you charged a chargeback for trying Microsoft 365? Or were you charged for trying another product? I would like to know this information because according to the official Microsoft 365 page, there is no chargeback for trying Microsoft 365 and it is for one month.

You can check this by the following methods:

You can login to this website and check your order information under ‘Order HistoryHow to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft - Microsoft Support

And, there may be some unidentifiable chargebacks, you can follow this link to learn more about billing from Microsoft and try to find out the order information: How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft - Microsoft Support

If you have been charged a renewal fee for a Microsoft 365 subscription after the end of your trial, you can try to cancel your subscription and get a refund by following this link: How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription - Microsoft Support

If you were charged for a trial of Microsoft 365, or for a trial of another product, and would like a refund, as Microsoft is actually divided to several support departments that have different specialization and tools according to the product or service and here in Community forum, we have limited visibility and management over to any billing concerns, I sincerely recommend contacting the specialized billing department's support for solveing your issue.

This process may include identifying your Microsoft account and payment method, as well as other personal information. To avoid this information being revealed in a public forum, I cannot help you investigate this situation, but I will direct you to the appropriate place.

    • Go to the following Web site: Contact - Microsoft Support
    • Enter the keywords of your question in the search box, for example, "refund" and select Get Help.
    • Select Contact Support(sign in to your personal Microsoft account).
    • Under Products and services, select options related to your product.
    • UnderCategory, selectManage my subscription.
    • Go to Confirm.
    • Select Chat with a support representative or request a callback.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. I hope your problem is solved successfully.

    Best Regards,

    Mila.L-MSFT| Microsoft Community Support Specialist
