I received an email regarding a Microsoft 379 purchase I never made. I believe it is a scam. How do I verify this?

I received an email that looks legitimate, but is for a subscription I did not order. It refers to to the purchase of a Global Microsoft 365 Business Premium account for $846.45. Can someone confirm this is not from Microsoft?

Thank you. The sender appeared as From: microsoft-noreply@microsoft,com

Than I see an additional line showing To: ******@orderconfirmations.onmicrosoft.com

Looked suspicious and I wanted yo confirm it.
