Hi Microsoft Community,
I am struggling to find a solution for an issue I am facing with time zones.
Basic Info:
Use Case:
We are using Microsoft Booking to schedule interviews with applicants from all over the world. The team is also not based physically in the same geography. We schedule/book the interview on behalf of the applicant, giving them the option to reschedule.
Problem:
When the applicant starts the rescheduling process, they see the available slots in the time zone of the interviewer (the user who booked the appointment) and not their local time zones. They indeed have the option to choose the correct time zone from the drop-down. However, this is not ideal because not everybody will spot this option and it will create confusions.

Could you maybe help me with this issue? If you need more info, please do let me know.
Thank you in advance.

Hello Amir K.****,
Good day.
It seems like, you are facing an issue with Microsoft Bookings related to time zones. You are using shared booking calendars to schedule interviews globally, but when applicants try to reschedule their interviews, they see available time slots in the interviewer's time zone instead of their local time zone.
However, there is another specific channel for your mentioned concern where you will get some possible information for certain specific resources and platform from our related community members.
I understand your concern but since your problem is related to Microsoft Bookings, I would also like to suggest you post your concern in the related community i.e., Ask a question - Microsoft Bookings - Microsoft Community Hub to get the detailed help from the experts.
Apologies for redirecting you to different community as the members in the category posted focus on the users with out of the box concerns on Microsoft 365 and have limited knowledge on the Microsoft Bookings; so, to get the fast and better assistance, we have redirected you in the correct path.
Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!
Best Regards,
S M Nazmun Nur
