Hi, I have done this before, but now I can't remember how I did this... or where even to find the ones I did put there to retrace my steps! Can anyone help me? I also feel like I didn't use the Developer tool. I thought I could still use the simple "Save As" and update the save type as an Outlook Item Template. But when I do that now, it only will save in my personal Outlook. C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates\*.oft. How do I navigate to the shared inbox to save it like the image below?

Hi there
I have the same issue - no template emails are available in the Shared Email Box - this is most unhelpful as we are trying to create a level of consistency. Can this be addressed.
I agree. We cannot save to the Outlook:\\AP\Inbox to share templates from what appears to be a location that we could possibly templates from. We need a way to have shared templates that we can use. If we select a template from our folder and change the send From field from my personal email account to the shared email for the Shared box, it erases the template information. This seems to be a feature people are really looking for.
Thank you for this explanation, but when following these instructions the from field in the bew email is not the shared mailbox. Is there a way to have the shared mailbox default as the from?
