Need to change date of birth

Our account is setup for a motorcycle club (motocross etc). Has had many users over the years so a lot of people come and go. We have developed a new scoring system and need office 365. However, not sure who setup our original account but it must have been with a new PC back in 2016 because they have set our birthday to 1/1/2016. Cannot buy office 365 as MS thinks we are too young.

Need to correct the DOB. The club was founded in 1914, that should be our real age, 110yrs.

Case number from previous attempt at support is: *removed for privacy*

Cannot do that, which is why I am here. DOB fields are greyed out when trying to edit them.

I cannot change it this way as you will see from the case history (number provided in original post). I had already been dealing with a support person who foisted me onto this method of getting help. Basically, it felt they it was too hard for them to sort out, so they sent me here. So, your second method to resolve the issue I have already been through with no results because the person couldn't help.
All i want to do is buy office 365, but the age restriction is prohibiting me from doing so. We are a club not an individual, so the age field is pointless hence why somebody set it to something pointless a few years ago.
