Changed the default styles accidentally, how do I reset them?

Hi all, I was fiddling around with the styles (under style if you highlight and then right click upon the text) and changed the default for the footnote styles rather than creating new ones. Is there a way to reset these back to default? the changes I've made have accidentally made my footnotes look really weird and some times start in completely different sizes. Any help is much appreciated!

In Word for Windows, do the following: Press Ctrl+Shift+S to display the Apply Styles pane. Type Footnote Text and click the Modify button. In the dialog box, make the desired changes and confirm with OK.

In addition, if something has happened to the format of the footnote reference, modify the Footnote Reference style.
