How to show PivotTable Fields (Filters, Columns, Rows, and Values appear blank)?

Hey everyone,

Whenever I try to insert a Pivot table in Microsoft Excel, the PivotTable Fields (Filters, Columns, Rows, and Values) appear blank. I've attached a screenshot for reference. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, using a different file, and updating the app, but I'm still facing the same issue.

I'm using Microsoft Excel for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2407 Build 16.0.17830.20056) 64-bit.

OS Edition: Windows 11 Home, Version: 23H2, installed on ‎10/‎18/‎2023, OS build: 22631.3958, Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1026.0.

I am looking for help to solve this issue.

Kind Regards.

Click the Tools gear, then select 'Fields Section and Areas Section Stacked'.
