Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Hello,Ryan Wijaya
Welcome to the Microsoft community!
I have realized that you are unable to switch my License from Office LTSC to Office 365.
Before that, I would like to ask you for some information to better address your question.
I would like to confirm that what's the version of your Office and which Windows system you are current installed?
Click on the Windows icon and open Settings>Applications>Installed Apps, find your Office product whether is is Microsoft 365 Or Office 2021 LTSC.
If it is LTSC, I suggest you Uninstall Office residual files manually.
Manually uninstall Office - Microsoft Support
This method can effectively delete locally stored Office data files, but the operation is more complicated.
IMPORTANT: Before you start, you need to know removing Office manually is a long, complex process and might require that you reinstall the operating system if certain steps are done incorrectly.
If you haven't already tried uninstalling Office using the uninstall support tool following the steps in the "Option 2" section under the "Click-to-Run or MSI" tab in Uninstall Office from a PC, we recommend trying that first.
And then reinstall your Microsoft 365.
This is due to the fact that a file called OSPP in the Office folder of your computer has been written to the Office 2021LTSC license, which you need to remove manually.
