Powerpoint templates usage for comercial purposes

Hello,

I would like to ask if this licenced version of Office (Shown in the picture attached below) allows me to sell Powerpoint templates.

Second question is, in the Powerpoint templates I sell, I sometimes use Powerpoint resources such as images, icons,...etc. Am I allowed to sell these templates or are there copyright issues?

I would appreciate a direct answer without getting referred to another link as I looked over other questions asked before and read the referred links. Unfortunately, I still did not get my answer and still not sure whether it is allowed or not.

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

    The ability to commercialize Office-generated content depends on the version of Office you have. If you are referring to using content created using PowerPoint templates for commercial use, this is allowed when you own Office 2021 Pro Plus.

    For example, documents, reports, presentations, and templates can be created and sold using Office 2021 Pro Plus. This includes creating a business plan using Word, a financial statement using Excel, or a sales presentation using PowerPoint.

    However, note that you cannot sell the basic templates as the copyright still belongs to Microsoft.

    To be clear, this applies to the templates that come with PowerPoint or that you download from Microsoft, not to templates we create ourselves, or to presentations BASED on Microsoft templates. We can't sell the MS templates AS templates, but can use them to create new presentations for sale.
