unable to redeem my free exam voucher

I did the Azure Fundamentals training in January 2023 and received an email telling me how to register for the free certification exam on the 11th of January 2023.

I just tried to register for the exam with my email address, and am getting a 50% discount, rather than the full discount (i.e. exam at no cost).
