.NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 & 4.8.1 Fails to Update

I have some issues when I try to install this update for some reason I can't Install it, because it always fails to install it, I already tried multiple methods for it to install correctly.

I also tried to install it from a .msu file and it also fails to install. Any ideas on what to do now?

The error code that always shows up is 0x80092004, I'm currently using Windows 10 IoT LTSC 2021

If anybody has a way to solve this problem, I'll be thankful for it.

    Found this from 2 days ago.

    It's a buggy update (I narrowed it down to the catalog file "package_5_for_kb5022498~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.9139.2.cat") based on what I tested. The 4.8 installer works correctly, though. IMO, ignore this update and wait for the March .NET update.

    Run each of these to see if they make any difference:
