In Power Automate, how many times will a flow run per day with a free trial license, and how many times will it run with a premium license?

We are receiving following email one of our flow Could you please any one help on this.?

Your flow is consuming too much data Your flow has used more than 80% of its content throughput (https://aka.ms/pa- content throughput) limit in the past 24 hours. The performance is currently not impacted as it is below limits. But if the usage grows, further actions may be throttled or slowed down. Content throughput used: 2.22GB, content throughput transition limit: 2.5GB. Finally why this mail we are receiving we need information.?
