I am looking for solution how to disable these missed activity emails for everyone. It does create lot of spam in Outlook inbox and not everyone is capable to find and disable this setting by themselves.

Is it so that there is no policies for Teams client out there? From Teams Admin center I can't find such settings, seems that this behavior is controlled only with client settings.

    Hi @Pavel Yannara Mirochnitchenko,

Currently there isn't any built-in feature in Teams which can control this setting on a tenant-level.

There has been an active Teams Uservoice post about it:

Tenant wide control of "Missed Activity emails" notifications OR option to control included information within the sent emails

    Hi @Pavel yannara Mirochnitchenko

The PowerShell command "Set-OrganizationConfig -SmtpActionableMessagesEnabled $false" can be used to disable actionable emails throughout Office 365, including missed activity emails in Teams.

Disabling actionable emails will prevent users from receiving notifications via email for any actionable message in Office 365, including missed activity emails in Teams. However, it's important to note that this will also disable other types of actionable messages, such as those in SharePoint or Outlook.

If you want to disable missed activity emails in Teams specifically, you need to turn off this option in the personal settings for each user. As an admin, you can provide guidance to your users on how to do this.

    Hope that helps.

This is an very um... intresting decision from MS to set the default level to every hour and no centra management.

Could anyone please tell me what i shall do with out 150 Frontline users that use only an iOS/Android device and use teams and mail... it does not seem to be possible to disable the notifications on the actual device. They have to sign in to teams on a random laptop and the change the settings... Please fix this!
